Payment policy:
- When placing a reservation, only credit/ debit card can be used. We accept the following payment method: credit card, Visa and Mastercard.
- No fee is applied for payment made by any card type.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your payment has been successfully completed.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after your payment has been successful. Please contact us at reservation@crazyhouse.com.vn in case you didn’t receive the confirmation within 24 hours or you provided the wrong email address.

Any cancellation which is made prior to 72 hours of check-in date will be accepted and we will refund the money to your account after the deduction of transaction fee.
Check-in and check-out policy:
- Check-in: from 14:00. It is recommended that you notify our reservations team of your expected arrival time.
- Check-out: no later than 12:00
- Early check-in: subject to room availability.
Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out is subject to room availability.
- 12:00 to 17:00 check out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge
Children policy:
- Children under 8-year old: free of charge
- Children from 8-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge 150,000 VND/person/room/night
Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation which is made prior to 72 hours of check-in date will be free of charge.
- Any cancellation received within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur the first night charge.
- All cancellations must be confirmed by email.
- Failure to arrive at the hotel will be considered as a No-show and will incur the first night charge.
