Regulations
1. Kindly present valid identifications and passport at the reception for registration.
2. We are only responsible for deposited money and items at the reception.
3. Weapons, explosives, ammunition, inflammable, narcotics, pets and smelly food are not permitted at the property. Do not cook and launder in the guest rooms.
4. Gambling, prostitution and usage of drugs at the property is strictly prohibited.
5. Do not change or move any furniture and equipment in the room. In case of any damages and any loss of room facilities, guests have to pay restitution or a fine of 100% of its value; or pay a repair fee of 2,500,000 VND or more (depending on the repair costs).
6. Please do not change your room or add more people into the room without the consent of the receptionist.
7. In case you want to welcome your relatives at our property, please inform the reception in advance.
8. Please lock the door and windows carefully.
9. Smoking at our property is not permitted.
10. If you discover a fire at the property, please immediately alert our staff, other guests and follow the fire-fighting instructions.
11. Check in time: after 14:00, check out time: before 12:00. Late check out depends on the room availability. In case of necessity, please contact Reception.
12. Prior to leaving the property, the guest is kindly requested to settle all bills and return keys to Reception.
13. Do not decorate in the room without the consent of the property.
14. Please do not make noise after 22:00 to avoid disturbing other guests.
15. We may request Guests to leave the property without returning any payment in case Guests intentionally ignore and violate our regulation.
